Analog and digital photography have some difference. They

record the image in different medium. For analogy photography, it record the in the chemical process medium that is photographic film. The effects to the photo of the each different type of film are different. The digital photography records image in the digital memory card with is small and has a huge capacity. Also, when shooting with the analog photography, we can see the image immediately on the camera. We need to process the film through the chemical treatment. So that to get the actual image. Also, once the images have been shot, it can’t be modified. And there will have disparity of the image you took and the actual piece of the image. There are very big different to the digital photography, that it can see the image immediately. You can also, delete the photo you don’t like or retake the photos as you like. Also, you can edit the photo through the camera or in the computer. You can modify the photo as you like, even coloring, detailing toning or adding or deleting object.

Digital photographic have a very important advantage, which it can be modified in the way you like. Just by using the powerful digital technology- computer software, like Photoshop, we can turn impossible to possible. If we don’t satisfy with the photos, we can edit it through Photoshop, we can edit the Lighting, Color, Contrast, est. of the photo. We can do anything by using digital technology and we can create our most beautiful photo.

With the digital technology, we can do whatever we like in the digital image. So I think it is very hard for us to judge whether the photography is the truth. Because we can amend the photo, it is very hard to say that it is depicting the reality and truth scene. I think nowadays the truth can be creating through using photography. And photo is not really reliable to be the evidence of proving the reality. Just like all advertisement around us, Photoshop edits most of their product or effect photos. It is very important for us to find trusted way to proved the truth, and make our own judgment don’t easily to trust the photos.
